Retail Projects

Crossroads at 24 — a 35 acre retail development with 350,000 square feet of space in Fall River, MA consisting of a Wal-Mart super center, a Sam’s Club and a McDonald’s restaurant. Wal-Mart opened for business in July of this year and Sam’s Club is scheduled opened in October. McDonald’s anticipates opening in the Spring of 2014.

Smith Street

Smith Street Plaza — a 3.5 acre 40,000 SF grocery anchored retail development which includes ALDI, Family Dollar, Advance Auto, Subway, Little Caesars, and Popeyes Chicken. ALDI’s was the first store to open in January of 2010. The center has been fully occupied since the Fall of 2010.

Papa Gino’s

Papa Gino’s is located on the corner of West Main Road (Rte 114) and Maplewood Road in Middletown, RI. The 3,600 SF brick veneer building was built in 2006 and is situated on .55 acre of land.
