Lifespan

Lifespan (Rhode Island’s first health system, was founded by Rhode Island Hospital and The Miriam Hospital) recently leased approximately 35,000 SF of 70,000 SF space at 950 Warren Avenue in East Providence, RI. The space was rebuilt and designed for a medical application which includes a dialysis center, primary care, a wound care facility, cardiology department and clinical lab space.
